Move your body forward with your elbows still stretching and your palms on both side of the door way. Feel the stretch in each of your shoulders and the chest area. Hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds each, repeat the action 3 times.
- Other bicep tendonitis exercises using the doorway are also able to be done. Straighten your arm, put the palm on the doorway with the thumb facing up, then move forward, stretching the muscle of the shoulder. Hold the stretch 10 to 15 seconds each, repeat 3 times.
- Here is one of bicep tendonitis exercises that could be done in lying position. Lie on your side with the injured shoulder bellow, and then position your elbow on the lying mat so that it is linear with the shoulder that you are lying on. Rotate the rest of your arm, from the elbow down to your palm, closing in the surface of the lying mate, feel the stretch. Once you have feel the stretch, hold the position for 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat the action 3 times.
